In this project, we supported the agency Media Plan GmbH in the area of social media client management. We advised the client MediaShop TV on the conceptual and strategic direction of their social media campaigns.
Our responsibilities included detailed analyses and reporting across MediaShop.TV's channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), strategic campaign recommendations for seasonal highlights, and the large-scale multichannel 25th anniversary campaign.
In addition, we conceptualised the (paid) social media launch for two renowned international brands in the beauty and lightweight goods sector, as well as three of MediaShop's own private label brands.

Concept, Strategy & Content
Social Media- Brand Launch:
conceptual development for five international FMCG brands in the DACH and NL markets, including budget planning recommendations as well as in-depth brand, audience and market analyses and monitoring.
Content strategies for seasonal campaigns:
creative concept development and editorial planning for key occasions such as New Year, Spring/Summer, Black Friday and Christmas, as well as product launches.
Multichannel campaign development for MediaShop's 25th anniversary:
including campaign concept, media planning and cross-channel execution to strengthen brand presence.
At the start of our collaboration, we began with classic paid social media performance consulting: from optimising campaign structure and audience targeting to ad creation. Through in-depth audience and KPI analyses as well as value-driven campaign approaches, we were able to work together with the MediaShop team to achieve not only significant increases in conversion rates and ROAS, but also to sustainably scale organic reach and engagement rate.
💡 A particularly valuable insight: brand image and audience-driven branding campaigns make a significant contribution to positive, cost-efficient conversion results.
Working with the wonderful team at MediaShop and MediaPlan was a great experience! Together, in just a few months, we not only successfully scaled MediaShop's KPIs and optimised branding strategies, but also successfully positioned five new brands across social media.
In doing so, we were able to meet our targets – and even exceed them!
