Strategic change will only be successful in the rarest of cases if it is completely controlled 'from above' or only partially supported by external consultants. Sustainable strategic change therefore requires the motivation of the entire company as well as a holistic, objective view, and deep-dive questions.
Once we have identified where 'stings' are hurting the organization, we derive the necessary goals and measures. We match these with suitable experts, develop a plan and support our customers in implementing the necessary steps at the operational level.
Afterwards, we look together at what has been achieved - and also at what has not been achieved. We analyze the process, the positive and the negative. In this way, we lay the foundation for success that truly deserves
the label "transparent & sustainable".
Our story
With more than 12 years of professional experience in marketing & communication, I have successfully managed many diverse exciting projects. However, some of my greatest successes have come from unnecessarily exhausting processes that have cost me a lot of energy and conviction. Often, the challenges were similar: non-transparent decisions 'from above', misguided internal communication or delays due to over-controlled micro-management. Although it could be so easy to create truly inspiring solutions together.
As a long-term strategist, I always keep an eye on the KPIs. Over the years, I have become aware of this: We need to recalculate our ROI. Our old familiar Sales & Marketing KPIs, are no longer sufficient to realistically evaluate success. This is not a new idea and fortunately there are already many good approaches, e.g. by including ecological footprints in the company balance.
However, we are still at the very beginning. It is now up to all of us - together - to revise our targets and KPIs to drive progress in the right direction, guarantee long-term business growth and open up new markets.
Every day I see more people deciding to seize new opportunities for positive social, economic, and environmental change. It is beautiful and fun to be part of this growing and needed movement.
