Collabeez started directly with a very friendly and exciting client: From May to December 2022, we’ve supported the Munich-based experiential agency, METZLER:VATER group GmbH, in optimizing existing and implementing new internal communication processes, and reinventing their own branding strategy in the course of a CI and brand relaunch. For almost 20 years, METZLER VATER has stood for brand experiences that leave memorable impressions.
The growing agency for experiential marketing, with currently more than 150 employees, an average annual turnover of more than 30 million euros, more than 300 projects per year and consistent customer relationships, especially in the automotive, pharmaceutical, and financial sectors, is a leader in its field. METZLER VATER is one of the largest agencies for experiential marketing in Germany.
Together with the C-level and the operational management, we went deep into the company structures to analyze the Status Quo and find out where possible blockades might hide. We answered questions like: "Where are the areas of responsibility of the individual actors at leadership and operational level? Where are possible links? Where are the challenges? Which quantitative and qualitative KPIs are considered and where are possible reporting gaps? How do delays occur in the communication processes? ..."
This allowed us to determine, among other things, that the communication between the operational teams and the C-level, which was newly introduced in 2021, was not yet running to its best. It led to unnecessary meetings, delays in approval processes and partly slow implementation at operational level. Together with members across all company teams, we were able to tackle these challenges and solve them with the help of new strategies and tools. In the end, we achieved excellent results in all areas, launched the new website and CI with complete success and provided the basis for a new sustainable brand strategy.
